Replacement & Return Policy

Grocery & Gourmet Foods is non-returnable due to the consumable nature of the product.

However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different/wrong item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

Royal Life Mart Replacement & Return Policy

Royal Life’s Customer Product Replacement Policy

Wellness only Royal Life Products are covered by Royal Life’s Customer Product Replacement Policy. If the Customer is not completely satisfied, he/she is entitled to replace the products within 30 days from the date of invoice for a Replacement. The Replacement policy is applicable only for products in marketable condition. This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused. It is incumbent upon Royal Life Business Owners to follow the Customer Product Replace Policy in letter and spirit.

RBR may return the products within 30 days of purchase as follows Condition: Time Period # Within 30 days of purchase, Invoice Payment ## Yes RBR Price less GST & 40% decryption, Marketable # Marketable refers to products that are unopened and sealed. Unmarketable ## Unmarketable are products which have been opened, unsealed and partially used.

Reference Notes: 

The RBR must return the product(s) to Royal Life Shops. Period of return for products is calculated as the number of days from the Invoice Date, to the date of receipt at the Royal Life mart Pickup Centre(s). Condition refers to the condition in which the stock is received back from the RBR as a return. The product can be ‘marketable’ or ‘unmarketable’ depending on the condition of the returned stock as assessed by the Returns executive at the Royal Life’s pick Centre. Return Sale Business Point (Business Valuve, Matching Point, Royal Life Bonus, Welcome Bonus) adjustment of Products returned shall be processed in the same month. Total Return Sale Business Point of the returned products will be ducted from the returning RBR’s account. 
The Product Return Policy does not apply to open packs of literature and videos or other sales aids. Total returns cannot exceed the quantity appearing on the Invoice. If products are return by customers directly to Royal Life Mart pick up Centre, Retail Sale Value adjustment shall be done from the RBR’s account & any excess amount paid shall be recoverable from related RBR.
